There are so many reasons to love this home. We purchased this home for the shop and the house was a beautiful bonus! The shop provides incredible space for various uses. It is versatile and spacious. The house a modern farmhouse with tons of character and thoughtful touches throughout. A favorite spot in this home is the window seat in the study/school room. We also love spending winters in the sunroom reading aloud while the snow falls and the fireplace is turned on. The master bedroom and bathroom area are beautiful and spacious! We love the views from every window, and the skylights allow in incredible natural light.
Outside, this property is equally spectacular. From the paver patio to the large lawn, you just cannot find a better space to entertain or simply relax and unwind. My children love climbing the sour cherry tree and eating the cherries right off the tree. And fresh asparagus from the asparagus patch is so delicious! This property is beautiful in every season.
The local school district is exceptional. We homeschool our children so we don’t have personal experience with the schools, but I have heard great things from friends!
This location cannot be beat. We love being close to everything yet completely in the country. It is private and surrounded by farmland, yet it is still close to all of the local amenities. You will love the close proximity to quality shopping like Wegmans!! I am so glad to have this store close. It’s my favorite! There are also great restaurants nearby. We enjoy Cafe Bruges (they have the best frites!) and Chen’s Asian restaurant has delicious sushi. Central PA is a great place to call home.
